A small paddle-boat comes with the home. Beautiful view to the water. Pool-Billiard table included.
The beautiful house is surrounded by a well-maintained landscape. Palm and citrus trees are in Florida standard. For fishing a meal we are located next to a freshwater canal right in your backyard. A small paddle boat is available.
The Swimming pool has the option to be heated via the solar system. The floor plan of the home is a split plan with two bedrooms on one side of the home and the master bad room on the other side. The total of all living area under A/C is approximately 1850 square feet. The home is settled on a ¼ acres property.
The home is equipped with TV, VCR, CD, Stereo, Phone, Billiard Table, fully complete kitchen, linen and towels for 6 people, washer and dryer, iron facilities.
The bedrooms are one king size bed, one queen size bed, and one bedroom with two single beds. Down at the canal is a dock above the water and a BBQ grill.
The garage has room for one of your cars.
We also have children items like baby bed, small bicycles and some toys, like one Nintendo-Console in the home.
Also full size bicycles, one set golf clubs, tennis rackets, beach chairs and sun umbrella, cool boxes, fax machine and other useful things.
The House comes with all lines, bedding & towels - all you need to bring is your clothings & cosmetics.
